<p><strong>We are pleased to be open seven days from 10am </strong>serving freshly brewed coffee and tea, homemade cakes, scones and shortbread.</p>
<p><strong>From 12pm</strong> our new bar menu features fresh open sandwiches, light snacks and <strong>Spanish Tapas</strong>.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>We are delighted to be back for the third year running providing the Bar and Catering at the ever successful Fringe By The Sea Music Festival @ North Berwick. 10th August &#8211; 15th August<br />
This year we have three bars  The Spiegel Tent ( harbour esplanade ) and new for the this years festival The WATERLOO BISTRO YURT adjacent to the Speigel tent, the YURT will be open from 10am in the morning for tea / coffee and cakes,  there will be a full food menu available from 12noon til 6-00pm and then takeaway Andersons Burgers, Sausages and more straight through the night. The bar will be open from 11am daily with an extended licence each night. Open to everyone.<br />
Whats on in the Yurt &#8211; Wed 11th 8-00pm Brugal Dominican Rum Promotion, Thursday Southern Comfort New Orleans Night and Sunday afternoon 2-30pm Live Music Jim Wilson, Stuart Davie and Friends.<br />
Our third bar will be in the St Andrews Blackadder Concert Hall serving pre concert and interval drinks.<br />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Now that the summer has arrived the courtyard at the bistro is in full bloom and is already proving to be a popular venue for alfresco dinning or just relaxed drinks. The gates open at 10am for freshly brewed tea or coffee with homemade scones and shortbread then 11am onwards we are serving drinks, lunch is available from 12-00pm from light snacks to full menu, we like to think there is something for everyone. From Friday to Sunday we are pleased to serve food all day. <strong>This Saturday we will be striking up the BBQ all afternoon fish, chicken and steaks are on the menu, fresh sardines cooked with garlic and herbs, a basket of bread and a ice cold bottle of Sagres Portugese lager or 175ml glass of Chilean Savignon Blanc £6-95.</strong>Book your table now</p>

Our new bottled lagers of the world are prooving a great success,from nine different countries italy, spain, portugal, poland, usa, turkey, holland, singapore, thailand and mexico.<br />
The new size 440ml Jacques Fruit Cider is now available a refreshing drink for the summer.<br />

<p>Duncan and Dougie have, playing as a guitar duo for almost ten years, known each other since their teens.<br />
Their lively and varied set features their own unique arrangements of Jazz classics from Hot Club to Be-bop, Blues to Swing, occasionally daring to reduce ‘big band’ pieces to arrangements for their two guitars.<br />
